4.7.4.5 View invoices & payment history

The "View Invoices & Payment History" feature in Onethread allows users to access and view a detailed history of all their past and current payments for the subscription plan. This feature provides a clear and concise overview of all financial transactions made for the account, including payment dates, invoices, and the amount paid.

Pre-conditions to use the Feature:

  • Users must have an account in Onethread.
  • Users must be a part of a company.
  • Users must be Super Admins/Admins to access this feature.

Steps to Use

  • Go to the Subscription tab from Settings.
  • You will see the Payment History option at the bottom.
  • Click the View all history button.
  • In the payment history, you will see Invoice no., date, payment status, and amount

Benefits:

  • It provides the benefit of enabling companies to access their past payment transactions and invoices in a centralized location, making it easier for them to keep track of their billing history, ensure the accuracy of billing information, and reconcile payments.
  • Additionally, it helps users keep a clear record of all payment activities, making it easier to reconcile expenses and manage their company's finances effectively.
  • This feature also helps companies stay organized and up-to-date on their financial records and avoid discrepancies or misunderstandings in payment status.
  • With this feature, companies can easily monitor their financial situation and make informed decisions about their subscription plans, upgrade or renewal options, and budgeting.

Limitations:

  • There is no option to download payment history as a pdf in the current system.
